Ohana First Development was built on a simple idea: treat every client like family and every job site like it's your own house. 20+ years later, most of our work still comes from referrals.
Our story
Built in the valley, for the valley.
We started out doing small remodels for neighbors and friends in Las Vegas — a bathroom here, a patio slab there. Word travelled. As the crew grew, so did the scope: full kitchen gut-and-rebuilds, whole-home flooring, driveways and block walls, and eventually ground-up construction.
What didn't change is how we run a job. The person who walks your property is the person who prices it and the person you call when you have a question. No call centers, no bait-and-switch subs, no surprise change orders invented halfway through.
We're licensed with the Nevada State Contractors Board (Lic #NV-0092480), carry a bid limit of $200,000, and hold full liability insurance and workers' comp. Ask us for the paperwork before you sign anything — with anyone.

Walkthrough
We come to the property, look at the actual conditions, and listen to what you're trying to accomplish. No charge, no pressure.

Written estimate
You get a line-item scope in writing — what's included, what isn't, and what the allowances are. Questions get answered before you sign.
- 03
Schedule & permits
We lock a start date, order materials, and pull any permits the scope requires so nothing stalls mid-job.
- 04
Build
One point of contact for the whole job. Site gets protected and cleaned daily, and you hear from us when something changes.
- 05
Walkthrough & punch list
We walk the finished work with you, write down anything that isn't right, and fix it before we call the job done.
